8:30 am - 5:30 pm EMDR Basic Training - Colorado - Boulder - February and April 2016 - All terms and conditions apply to all applicants/payees/registrants. Payment is due at time of registration, and must be made online via credit (Visa/MasterCard only). Registrant and Payee must be same person; name on credit card must match Registrant's name. Price quoted on the Registration Form is the payment amount due at time of registration, and automatically adjusted for fees and discounts in real-time. All Applicants must confirm their eligibility prior to registration and payment. If an Applicant is found to be ineligible after registration and payment is provided, the Applicant’s seat and registration will be automatically cancelled, and the Applicant will be refunded their registration payment, minus a non-refundable and non-transferrable $450 Administrative Fee. If an Applicant cancels their registration before the start date of training, the Applicant’s seat and registration will be cancelled, and the Applicant’s payment will be refunded, minus a non-refundable and non-transferrable $450 Administrative Fee. This EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training will be facilitated by Barb Maiberger, MA, LPC — the author of “EMDR Essentials: A Guide for Clients and Therapists.” Barb Maiberger is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist.

This EMDR Basic Training is EMDRIA Approved. By registering and paying for this training, all applicants are agreeing to all requirements and policies regarding this training. Please read all of the following terms and conditions prior to registration and payment:

NBCC Credit Hours: 50 CE Hours — The Maiberger Institute has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP – Provider #6436. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC CE Hours are clearly identified. Maiberger Institute is solely responsible for all aspect of the programs.

Upon registration and payment, applicants will be signed-up for both parts (Part 1 and Part 2) AND the 10 hours of Group Consultation with a single payment:

Hotels, Transportation, and Meals
Registrants are responsible for arranging their own travel (accommodations, transportation, and meals). The Registration Fee for this training does not include cost of travel. The Maiberger Institute is not liable for refunds for travel expenses due to cancellations.
